Situated in Balham this existing coach house site is right in the center of the high street behind the historic town hall. The building has been the subject of many renovations and extensions. A dark zinc, glazed roof dormer was added to the property to add much-needed head roof and light to the first floor of the property.

A steel frame was installed to retain the existing building which was left exposed to maximise the headspace and exposed the existing pitched roof.
